Refund policy

Returns

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@surprisely.store. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original payment method.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the damage to support@surprisely.store within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
