How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders ship the next business day.
Delivery takes 5–8 days to the UK, and 6–10 days to the US, the EU and the rest of the world.
Will it arrive before December 1st?
Order by November 16 to receive it before December 1st. Orders placed after that still ship, but may arrive after December 1st. If it arrives late, he can open the doors he missed on the first morning.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email a photo of the damage to support@surprisely.store within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return unopened calendars in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, and we refund your original payment method. See our refund policy.
